The reason why I am saying this is because you need calories to develop your muscles but if the calories are being burnt down then you are bound to fail in your efforts. All your efforts will be trashed because of your metabolic rate.

You will have to change in your eating habits if you stand a chance of putting on some weight in the long run. You will have to opt for three meals daily if you are to increase on the number of calories in your body.

When I talk about these foods I mean those one rich in calories. To mention but a few we have; nuts, pasta and any kind of meat that you will come across.

Your objective is to eat foods rich in calories and this can come to pass if you stay determined in whatever you do. Olive oil is one of the best ingredients that can add on the volume of calories in your body hence make sure you take more than enough.

If you have been eating supplements instead of foods then you will have to put an end to that habit for good.
